PT Produce Associate

Primary Purpose To check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, load pallets into cooler, select, stock, restock items, and maintain displays. Duties & Responsibilities Promptly review work schedule at start of shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE and food safety requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties. Follow directions and expectations of department leadership. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools and equipment, display cases, floors, and counters. Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and comply with policies and regulations. Complete 60‑day probationary period. Meet ergonomic and physical requirements and score baselines. Learn and use equipment and tools required. Perform all job functions safely. Meet company performance standards, including attendance. Agree to wear assigned clothing and shoes approved for this job. Maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position. Physical Requirements Shift hours: 4‑hour shifts or more depending upon business needs. Job cycles: continual max. Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs. Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%. Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs. Max pull static: 20 lbs.
