Back Marketing Coordinator Marketing Flowood - Direct Hire, June 25, 2026 Job Summary As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the heart of our brand’s physical and visual presence. You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing external marketing events, driving local community involvement, and designing eye-catching marketing collateral. Additionally, you will be the driving force behind our internal culture, organizing employee appreciation events that keep our team connected and engaged. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Coordinate external events: Plan, organize, and execute company attendance at trade shows, conferences, and local business expos. Manage logistics: Handle event registrations, booth setups, promotional item inventory (swag), and travel arrangements as needed. Measure success: Track event engagement and lead generation to evaluate the ROI of our event marketing efforts. Community Involvement & Outreach Build local relationships: Act as a brand ambassador for NetLink Voice at local Chamber of Commerce meetings, networking events, and charity functions. Drive sponsorships: Identify and manage opportunities for community sponsorships and philanthropic partnerships that align with our core values. Local PR: Help draft press releases or social media updates highlighting our community impact. Graphic Design & Content Creation Design marketing collateral: Create engaging graphics for social media, email newsletters, flyers, and event banners. Brand consistency: Ensure all visual materials adhere to NetLink Voice’s brand guidelines. Tool proficiency: Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), or similar software to produce high‑quality visual content. Employee Appreciation & Internal Culture Internal events: Spearhead the planning and execution of employee appreciation days, holiday parties, team‑building outings, and monthly celebrations. Milestone recognition: Coordinate recognition programs for employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and major team achievements. Boost morale: Work closely with HR and leadership to brainstorm creative ways to maintain a fun, supportive, and engaging workplace environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, public relations, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Design Chops: Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (experience with Canva is required; Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus). Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with community leaders, vendors, and internal staff.
