Contract: 8 Weeks

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Experience: Outpatient orthopedic/MSK experience preferred

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for an 8-week contract opportunity in Sonoma California. This role supports an outpatient rehabilitation clinic with a primarily musculoskeletal and orthopedic patient population including post-operative care splinting needs and some wound care support.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Treat musculoskeletal orthopedic and post-operative patients.

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Support hands-on treatment functional recovery and rehab progression.

• Fabricate and modify splints based on patient needs.

• Provide wound care support related to post-operative patients.

• Document patient care accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with rehab team members to support patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required.

• Outpatient orthopedic/MSK experience strongly preferred.

• Post-operative rehab experience preferred.

• Splint fabrication and modification experience required.

• Wound care experience preferred.

• CHT certification preferred but not required.

• Monday Friday day shift availability required.

• Strong patient care documentation and communication skills required.
