Tax Director

We are working with a global investment platform seeking a Tax Director to join its growing tax leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to partner with senior leadership on complex tax matters while helping shape the strategic direction of the tax function. Responsibilities Provide tax guidance on a variety of strategic business initiatives and transactions. Partner cross functionally with finance, legal, accounting, and business leaders on tax planning and execution. Oversee tax reporting and compliance processes while managing external advisors. Review technical tax matters and provide practical solutions to support business objectives. Lead and develop members of the tax team while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate the impact on the business. Support special projects and other strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally with a combination of public accounting and industry. Strong technical tax foundation with experience advising on complex tax matters. Experience managing projects, external advisors, and developing junior team members. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
