As our Head of ERP Implementations , you'll build and scale our Customer Experience function from the ground up, owning everything from implementation and onboarding to post go-live support and long-term customer success. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar. Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center Where you'll create impact You’ll build a world class Customer Experience function, going from excellent delivery/implementation through post go-live customer support You’ll recruit and lead a team of 15+ CX Leads and Customer Support specialists, and will continue to hire and scale the team quickly You’ll collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback You’ll establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards You’ll challenge the status quo of what world-class ERP customer success looks like You’ll also own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships as an IC/jump in where needed to support your team and roll up your sleeves You’ll deliver best-in-class onboarding, go-live execution, and ongoing CX excellence What sets you up for success Hardcore work ethic and high agency 8+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory with at least 2+ years’ managing teams of at least 5 people at a senior or leadership level Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus) Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices You’re a customer-service extraordinaire who loves solving complex problems You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments with high ownership Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High-speed culture High-trust environment with high expectations Ambitious mission - ERP is one of the largest B2B software markets in the world ($220bn per year), this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build the next generation ERP in an industry that has not seen new entrants in 30+ years Compensation & Benefits Significant equity ownership package Base salary: $200,000 - $315,000 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays Full medical, dental & vision insurance Commuter benefits 401k benefits On-site team culture - high collaboration, no bureaucracy We’ll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
