Capital Markets - real estate finance, Attorney (Senior Attorney)

Job Overview The Capital Markets team is seeking an experienced real estate finance attorney to support our commercial mortgage securitization practice. Familiarity with loan level due diligence is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Interact with clients. Draft and review disclosure in offering materials. Support commercial mortgage securitization practice. Qualifications 4+ years of experience as an attorney, preferably in real estate finance. Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Member of the bar in the United States. Resume and law school transcript required. Compensation Non‑partnership track. Base salary range: $100,000 to $430,000 per year. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, and may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan.
