Job Summary

Under indirect supervision performs advanced level installation, maintenance and repair of various Telecommunications and IT related equipment using accepted practices and procedures.

What you’ll do:

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

• Perform advanced software installations, system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Create and maintain required technical documentation.

• Develop advanced knowledge of IT technologies, systems, and business processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving:

  • Windows 11

  • Microsoft 365 applications

  • Custom business applications

  • Dell and HP hardware

• Participate in cross-training across multiple IT systems and technologies.

• Gain an understanding of business unit and customer requirements.

• Deliver a high level of customer service and end-user support.

What We're Looking For:

Education requirements are listed below:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Work Experience requirement listed below:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience .

• Experience supporting Dell and HP hardware environments.

Compensation Range:

$30.53 - $38.16
