Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Realtor role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Realtor will advise buyers and sellers on real estate transactions, including property searches, pricing strategies, offers, negotiations, and contract execution. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining and expanding a professional network, hosting showings and open houses, and providing consistent, responsive client communication. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and partnering with lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals. The Realtor is expected to attend office trainings, participate in team meetings, and align with Keller Williams North Atlanta’s standards of excellence and customer care. Qualifications Active or in-process Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property. Demonstrated Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed performance goals. Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and follow-through with diverse clients. Familiarity with local market trends in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and ability to prepare accurate comparative market analyses. Comfort with technology, including MLS platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation. Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with state real estate regulations and brokerage policies.
