Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home. Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly. Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service. Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well‑researched. Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, highlighting the homes’ key features and our unique selling proposition. Provide accurate property price estimates and evaluations. Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly. Manage all seller communication through our CRM. Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than three months. Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing. Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Actively promote yourself and our team on social media. Attend scheduled training. Qualifications Ability to work independently and self‑motivate. Proficiency with CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential. Strong communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
