Our team is growing, and we need Sales Agents to help us handle our abundant amount of leads! We not only provide lots of leads but proven training and mentor support to ensure your success. Our marketing tools and administrative support will allow you to do what you do best--SELL. Our team atmosphere is fun and engaging, and we treat our team like family. $75,000 - $150,000+ Commission-Based
Responsibilities:- Work directly with pre-qualified buyers and sellers from consultation through closing
- Convert provided leads into active clients and closed transactions
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflows
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective clients
- Manage pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
Ideal candidates will have:
- An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using CRM tools and digital systems
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- A coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude
