Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers Answer incoming phone calls and emails, research issues, and respond in a professional and timely manner Enter, track, and maintain customer orders with accuracy Investigate order questions and resolve discrepancies Place drop-ship purchase orders with vendors Prepare and send product samples to customers Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Experience in manufacturing or construction industries is a plus Accounting knowledge is a plus SAP / ERP experience preferred Skills & Competencies Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Basic math proficiency, including ratios, fractions, and multiplication Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to learn our products and industry About Us Key Resin Company is a high-performance flooring manufacturer.
