Senior Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do Support the administration and ongoing management of sales compensation programs Calculate, review, and reconcile incentive and commission payments Assist with sales targets, performance tracking, and related reporting Prepare forecasts related to revenue, incentives, and business performance Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership Maintain data integrity across reporting and financial systems Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements and special projects Support planning, analysis, and other initiatives related to sales performance Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related field 2+ years of financial analysis experience with a strong emphasis on sales commission expertise, including exposure to sales compensation, commissions, sales operations, or a related analytical function. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful insights Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders Experience working with CRM, ERP, or financial reporting systems Power BI or other business intelligence experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
