Payroll and Benefits Manager

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in payroll and benefits administration Experience administering multi-state employee benefit programs. Experience managing broker relationships, vendor partnerships, and annual renewals. Experience with HRIS platforms: Paycom preferred; ADP, UKG, Paychex, or similar Key Responsibilities Own multi-state payroll operations for hourly and salaried employees Lead benefits administration, strategy, renewals, and vendor management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations Improve payroll and HRIS processes while identifying operational efficiencies Manage benefit plan design, broker relationships, and vendor negotiations Partner with HR and Finance leadership on reporting, budgeting, and employee programs Why choose Addison Group?
