Export Control Specialist

Export Controls SpecialistWe’re looking for an Export Controls Specialist to help ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. trade regulations while supporting fast-paced, operationally critical programs. In this role, you’ll balance regulatory requirements with business needs, proactively manage export permits and licenses, and collaborate closely with internal teams and government stakeholders.You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving export control processes, managing export authorization platforms, supporting audits and investigations, and delivering training across the organization. This position suits someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments.Key Requirements2 years of experience in export controls or trade compliance Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. export regulations (ITAR, EAR, CGP, EIPA) Experience managing permits, licenses, re-exports, and compliance platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Sound judgment, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure Eligibility to obtain required security clearances Apply today!
