Karuna Wellness Studio is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our growing, multidisciplinary group practice. We offer nutrition counseling and personal training through a non-diet, weight-neutral, fat-positive, whole-person approach—and we’re looking for someone who feels right at home with that philosophy.

The Job

• Provide virtual, individualized medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults.
• Support clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, and other nutrition concerns within your areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and other members of clients’ care teams.
• Complete timely documentation and participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing learning.
• Bring your interests and ideas! We welcome clinicians who are excited to help develop creative, accessible ways to support our clients.

This is a fully remote, W-2 position , available part-time or full-time. We’re especially interested in dietitians able to provide services to clients in the afternoons and evenings (3:00-7:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time.

What You'll Bring

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Dietitian, excluding your internship, with active CDR registration in good standing
• At least one year of experience providing eating disorder care, including work with adolescents and adults
• Strong nutrition counseling skills grounded in non-diet, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed care
• An understanding of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles and how to apply them thoughtfully in clinical care
• Interest in the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and mental health
• A current Massachusetts dietitian license, or willingness to obtain one before starting
• Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and comfort learning and navigating online platforms
• A private workspace, reliable internet, and a computer and phone suitable for telehealth work
• Availability for at least one evening per week
• U.S. residency

• Functional nutrition training or experience supporting clients with GI concerns.
• Experience or interest in nutritional psychiatry and nutrition care for people with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or depression.
• Additional state licenses.
• An individual NPI and current credentialing with Massachusetts insurance plans.
• Personal training, yoga, or another movement certification.
• Interest in culinary education, groups, workshops, or other creative offerings.

Dietitians earn 47–67 per eligible client session , depending on experience. Completed appointments, no-shows, and late cancellations are included. Meetings are paid separately.

Estimated annual earnings for a full-time caseload are 68,000–80,000 . Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on your session rate and appointment volume. Part-time earnings depend on your schedule and caseload.
