Join us in shaping the future of marketing excellence. About the Job Youtech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-house position (Monday-Friday) is pivotal in driving client success and project excellence. In this role, you will: Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Oversee client performance and satisfaction, leveraging your expertise to deliver impactful results. Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Represent Youtech in daily face-to-face meetings with client teams, ensuring strong communication and collaboration. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Oversee the needs of SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and PPC Specialists, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow. Monitor analytics to enhance on-page conversion rates and continually improve marketing effectiveness. Audit client needs for new opportunities, assisting in strategy development and campaign execution. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation. Stay informed about industry trends and changes, adapting marketing strategies as necessary. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results across platforms such as LinkedIn, Display, and Google Ads. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and partners. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in marketing automation and CRM tools. Deep understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing, and proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
