High visibility, real executive access, and a clear path to scale.What You'll Be DoingYou'll lead Enterprise and Data Center sales across the U.S. and Europe - building pipeline, closing design wins, and developing the relationships that drive long-term revenue. This is an individual contributor role with direct impact on a strategic and fast-growing business unit.Build and execute go-to-market strategies for Enterprise and Hyperscaler accounts, including revenue targets, pricing, and channel approachDrive new business development and design win pursuit across the Enterprise SSD and Data Center ecosystemOwn key customer relationships at the executive level - aligning on roadmaps, anticipating needs, and ensuring long-term partnershipIdentify and negotiate strategic alliances and partnerships that expand market reachStay sharp on competitive dynamics, market shifts, and technology trends to inform both sales strategy and product directionCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Executive leadership to bring the right solutions to the right customersQualifications10+ years of sales or business development experience in semiconductors, with direct exposure to NAND storage, SSD controllers, or adjacent Enterprise/Data Center siliconEstablished network within the Enterprise and Hyperscaler ecosystem - you have the relationships, not just the rolodexTrack record of closing complex, technical sales cycles and driving design winsComfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level - you can build the plan and work the accountStrong communicator and negotiator with experience influencing engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholdersBachelor's or master's in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plusNice to HavesDirect experience selling NAND controller or SSD solutions into Data Center/Hyperscaler accountsExisting relationships with key OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler procurement and engineering teamsFamiliarity with enterprise storage architecture and qualification processesBenefitsHighly competitive salaryAnnual merit increasesRSUsAnnual bonusesInvention and Patent Awards / Bonuses401k w/ MatchEmployee and family health benefits
