Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead an AI-powered product line that transforms everyday client and case conversations into actionable work. You’ll own the product lifecycle across call capture, transcription, summarization, conversational insights, and AI voice agents. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across discovery, roadmap development, delivery, and commercialization. You’ll shape how AI-generated insights integrate into existing workflows, including case records, intake, follow-up tasks, and CRM activity. You’ll also define the guardrails, evaluation standards, and agentic workflows needed to deploy reliable AI experiences. Working closely with engineering, design, data science, clients, and go-to-market teams, you’ll have significant influence over the evolution and adoption of the product.

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI Call Intelligence products, from discovery and strategy through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Define and maintain the roadmap for call capture, transcription, and AI-generated summaries, balancing accuracy, speed, user experience, and cost.
• Determine how conversational insights are integrated into existing workflows, including case records, intake qualification, follow-up tasks, and CRM activity.
• Lead the development and delivery of AI voice agents for inbound and outbound use cases.
• Define and manage the agentic workflows triggered by voice interactions, including behavioral guardrails, evaluation standards, and quality criteria.
• Build QA and coaching capabilities such as call scoring, topic detection, signal libraries, and manager review tools.
• Lead client discovery initiatives and beta programs while representing customer needs across product and client-facing teams.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify product opportunities and inform commercialization strategies.
• Translate product strategy and business objectives into a prioritized backlog and actionable technical requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Monitor product adoption and performance through data-driven insights and use findings to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and maintain strong product execution across multiple priorities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms.
• 2+ years of experience managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product delivery and collaborating directly with clients or external partners.
• Experience building products based on unstructured or probabilistic data, including establishing quality standards and designing for model error.
• Hands-on experience with conversational or agentic AI, including voice or chat agents, tool calling and orchestration, dialog design, or evaluation of autonomous systems in production.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical strategies and execution plans.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-native applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with telephony, VoIP, or contact center platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of speech-to-text, speaker diarization, or conversation analytics tools is advantageous.
• Experience with voice-agent or conversational AI frameworks and real-time speech pipelines is a plus.
• Background in legal technology, fintech, or another complex operational domain is beneficial.
• Familiarity with LLMs, document intelligence, or data extraction workflows is a plus.
