Hourly position up to 75K income annually straight time based on experience and certification level. Some overtime when needed! Duties & responsibilities of this role include ensuring all products meet the established codes and standards throughout inspection and testing processes. This position requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to analyze data effectively, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of our products. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Conduct inspections of fabricated, welded, and machined components to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects early.
• Prepare Quality Plans, inspection and test reports.
• Participate in any additional activities as requested by the Operations Manager.
• Work in a team environment and be willing to help others when additional resources are necessary.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS & Requirements:
• Strong analytical and communication skills; must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Capable of performing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated proficiency performance as a minimum NDT Level II certification.
