Responsibilities Oversee and manage the NDT department, including CMM, Inspection, and blue light scanning processes Lead a team of 5 Supervisors and 50+ hourly employees, including NDT X-Ray Level 1 & 2 technicians and Quality technicians Drive production output and optimize manufacturing processes to meet operational targets Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to ensure consistent throughput and efficiency Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and production targets for quality, safety, and financial objectives Mentor, coach, and develop supervisors to build a high-performing leadership team Company Description Multi-billion-dollar company! 150-million-dollar division!!
