Some Things That Our Hospital Can Offer YOU Opportunities for growth and advancement Flexible scheduling Supportive leadership PRN Requirements Tier 2: provide 6 shift availability per month Tier 3- Provide 8 shift availability per moth Both tiers are to include -1 full weekend per month , 2 major , and 1 minor holiday. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer or House Supervisor, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Licensed Vocational Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where the hospital resides. Current BLS certification is required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
