Lozano Smith is seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Legal Secretary to
join our Fresno team. If youre a legal professional with at least 5 years of experience Lozano Smith values diversity,

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, dynamic team that reflects the
subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence. communities we serve.
? Manage case calendars, track court deadlines, and ensure timely filings in state

? Handle electronic court filings (e-filing) and service of process in compliance with

? A minimum of 5 years experience as a litigation legal secretary, with strong civil

Compensation: $28 - $43/hour
throughout California.
