This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Media Buyer based in Canada.

As a Senior Media Buyer, you'll take ownership of paid media execution and customer acquisition across multiple high-impact digital channels. You'll manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest while balancing growth, efficiency, and profitability. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you'll shape testing strategies and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. Your insights will also contribute to landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and broader acquisition strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining data, creativity, and experimentation. You'll have significant autonomy in a remote-first environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth and build scalable paid acquisition systems.

Accountabilities

• Launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Manage media budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, account structures, and campaign scaling.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign, audience, creative, and landing page performance to uncover actionable growth opportunities.
• Develop structured creative testing roadmaps in collaboration with creative, copy, and design teams.
• Provide strategic feedback on ad hooks, messaging, offers, angles, formats, and creative concepts.
• Identify and scale winning campaigns, audiences, creative patterns, and acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to conversion optimization initiatives across landing pages, product detail pages, offers, bundles, and checkout experiences.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to launch and analyze CRO experiments.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including MER, ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and revenue contribution.
• Provide data-backed recommendations and identify growth levers across acquisition channels.
• Contribute insights beyond paid media, including email marketing, retention, SEO, website optimization, and broader customer acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing paid media for e-commerce brands.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing campaigns on TikTok and Pinterest.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and GA4.
• Demonstrated ability to scale paid media accounts while maintaining performance and efficiency targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• A creative testing mindset with a structured approach to experimentation.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with email and SMS retention is a plus.
• Experience running CRO experiments is a plus.
• Experience with subscription businesses or health and wellness brands is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals is a plus.
