Senior Media Buyer Are you an experienced media buying professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast paced, results-driven environment? Cornerstone Media Group is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to join our Minneapolis-based team. This is an in-office position based in downtown Minneapolis and is not available as a remote opportunity. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven setting where data guides decisions and performance is visible every day. In this role, you will play an active part in driving revenue growth for our clients while hitting KPIs and building relationships with our media partners by developing and executing targeted media buying strategies rooted in performance metrics and audience insight. What You Will Do: Plan and execute paid media campaigns leveraging our proprietary databases and analytical resources Negotiate competitive rates with media partners and place campaigns designed to meet and exceed client objectives Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable improvements Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners to uncover and develop new revenue opportunities Identify and evaluate emerging media opportunities that align with client goals Support the full buying and reconciliation cycle, including pre/post log management, discrepancy resolution, P&L monitoring against established targets, and ongoing process improvement initiatives What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years of direct response media buying experience Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on it decisively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams Highly organized with strong time management capabilities and attention to detail A solutions-oriented approach to problem solving What We Offer: Hybrid schedule combining in-office collaboration at our downtown Minneapolis location with remote flexibility Company-paid Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability Employer-funded HSA Employer-matched 401(k) contributions Generous paid time off Optional dental and vision coverage Summer hours program Monthly parking stipend for our downtown Minneapolis office Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
