Primo Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time, W2 Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 OTE (base or hourly + commission, plus incentives) Location: St. Louis, MO We’re a St. Louis-based marketing firm that believes the best sales start with real conversations. As an authorized dealer for Primo Water, the next Primo Sales Representative will serve as a brand ambassador for this national client, building lasting customer relationships while driving sales growth. In addition, we represent other top brands across industries like home improvement, home security, and telecommunications—helping them connect with customers through direct, customer-first outreach campaigns. We’re hiring full‑time Primo Sales Representatives who are excited to grow their careers in sales, marketing, and account management. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with customers, delivering tailored product presentations, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.
