What You’ll Do Lead the Service Operation within operational excellence standards Recruit, train, develop, and retain high‑performing advisors, technicians, and support staff Drive service sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction Monitor and improve key performance indicators including ELR, labor gross profit, technician efficiency, productivity, and KSI – NPS.
