Job Description: Adolfson & Peterson Construction, one of the nation’s top contractors, is recruiting for an experienced project coordinator.The candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts, creating reports and maintaining project records. Responsibilities: Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture. Provide support to the project team throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results. Build and facilitate collaborative team processes among project participants. Provide Contract Management project support. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications History of experience and proven results including: Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards. Demonstrated high attention to detail. Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints. Application Deadline is September 1.
