The Automotive Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards to build customer loyalty and deliver a high‑quality service experience. Responsibilities Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication. Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate. Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience as an express/quick lube technician. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety. Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record. Passion for cars and customer service.
