AssemblerUtilize work orders and blueprints to ensure assemblies are completed to precise specifications. Complete tasks within estimated time frames while collaborating with a team to meet production schedules. Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead or supervisor. Participate in 5S cleaning and organizing methods, adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and work orders for assembly.Assemble products using a variety of hand and power tools.Complete work within the estimated time frames.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production.Communicate any issues with machinery to supervisors.Engage in 5S cleaning and organizing methods.Adhere to company policies, safety, and quality standards.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly/manufacturing (0-2 years).Proficiency in reading blueprints and work orders.Skill in using hand and power tools.Ability to measure using tape and convert decimals to fractions.Capability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.Basic computer skills and PPE knowledge.High School Degree, GED, or Certificate.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing experience, especially in metal fabrication/metal joining.Experience in mechanical assembly and progressive stamping.Skilled in performing quality inspections.OSHA certification preferred.Why Work Here?Experience continuous leadership training through specialized 'Awesome Responsibility of the Person' courses.
