Program Manager

Are you ready to take ownership of major U.S. Government aviation programmes and drive operational, financial and contractual success? We're supporting a leading aerospace MRO organisation in the search for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale government and defence aviation contracts. This is a leadership opportunity with full programme ownership, including P&L responsibility, customer engagement, subcontractor management and operational execution. Lead the successful delivery of aviation programmes, ensuring contractual, technical, cost and schedule objectives are achieved. You will act as the primary customer interface, manage key subcontractor relationships, drive programme performance through KPI management, oversee reporting and compliance requirements, and support future business growth initiatives.
