Job Overview AHS Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist (Certified) for a local contract position in Kansas City, Kansas. Job Details Position: School Psychologist Location: Kansas City, KS Setting: Onsite School Year: August 17, 2026 – May 27, 2027 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay: $55-$60+ per hour, based on experience Duration: 41 weeks Employment Type: Local Contract Grade Levels: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, and High School School Assignments: Multiple sites including Morse, ME Pearson, Caruthers, Silver City, Stony Point North, and Banneker Shift: 8 hours, days Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports Assist with crisis intervention and problem-solving as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines Qualifications Master's, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Eligible for or holding appropriate Kansas School Psychologist credentials School-based experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr AHS Staffing
