Assistant Manager Needed at Sport Clips Lansing! Sport Clips Haircuts of Lansing is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven track record of success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and team leadership
• Train, coach, and develop talented stylists
• Deliver outstanding client service while driving retail sales
• Support recruitment and team-building efforts
• Maintain high cleanliness and brand standards
• Help expand our loyal client base in the Lansing area

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
• Energetic personality and strong people skills
• Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions
