Sport Clips Haircuts of Okemos is now hiring for our Management In Training (MIT) Program. This opportunity is perfect for licensed professionals who want to advance their careers and learn how to successfully manage a high-performing salon.

You'll receive structured, hands-on training while working in a friendly and fast-paced environment, with support from an award-winning franchise team.

What You'll Learn in the MIT Program:

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of stylists
Day-to-day operations like scheduling and inventory management
Maintaining consistent client service and satisfaction
Driving service and product sales
Understanding business metrics and salon profitability

What We're Looking For:

Active Michigan cosmetology or barber license
One year or more of salon experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership potential
Friendly, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
