This role sits within our landside logistics operations and is responsible for multiple facilities spanning warehousing, depot, and transportation activities across the U.S. Northeast and parts of Canada. You will lead a team of HSE Business Partners embedded at site level and act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.Proven experience in HSE roles within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation environmentsStrong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teamsDeep knowledge of safety risk management, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA)Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong business and executive presenceExperience working across multiple sites or regions, with a hands-on and operationally close approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset toward risk identification and mitigationExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach and influence diverse teamsLocation: Florham Park, New JerseyTravel expectations: Frequent regional travel across the Northeast to support multiple operational sites; primarily day travel with minimal overnight staysSalary: $100,000 – $125,000*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location.
