Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable and skilled Material Handler to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly! In this role, you'll primarily operate a sit-down Drexel forklift while supporting key functions like order picking, staging, shipping, and receiving.

What You'll Do:

Safely operate a sit-down Drexel forklift for most of your shift

Accurately pull and stage customer orders for shipment

Unload incoming trucks and move materials to storage or production

Wrap pallets securely to ensure safe and stable shipments

Support daily warehouse tasks: picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

Organize and stage inventory to keep operations efficient

Step off the forklift as needed to assist with loading, unloading, and packaging

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience

Experience operating a sit-down forklift (Drexel preferred)

Familiarity with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and staging

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working both on and off equipment throughout the day

Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in manufacturing or production environments

Experience in pallet wrapping and freight preparation

Inventory handling or dock work experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
