What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike, but you can expect to:

• Recruit, interview, and match great people with great career opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with job seekers and local employers.
• Fill open positions quickly while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Guide new employees through onboarding, orientation, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other hiring requirements.
• Stay connected with employees and clients through regular follow-up and quality checks.
• Help businesses solve workforce challenges with staffing and recruiting solutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Work alongside an amazing team committed to supporting one another and serving our communities.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
• Ability to earn your Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification within your first six months (we'll support you along the way!).

Bonus points if you have:

• Staffing or recruiting experience.
• Customer service, sales, HR, or business experience.
• An associate's degree or higher.
