AR Contractor

Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and collections activities for assigned customers Perform cash application and reconcile customer payments Monitor, analyze, and maintain AR aging reports Follow up on past‑due balances and drive resolution Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to support issue resolution Support ongoing process improvements and system initiatives Requirements Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections Understanding of AR aging, reconciliations, and cash application Strong Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, reporting) Experience working in a business-to-business (B2B) environment Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
