Product Manager - Growth

Responsibilities Own and lead product experiments across activation, onboarding, and retention, with real rigor about what gets learned and what changes as a result Decide which metrics actually matter, build the measurement foundation, and own the feedback loop between data and product decisions Ship features and flows that move users from "tried it" to "relies on it" Granted's Healthcare Advocates talk to users constantly.
