Insurance Office Manager (P&C) - Growth Opportunity, Family-Owned

We’re looking for someone with insurance experience (around 3 years preferred) who’s comfortable with day-to-day P&C basics and ready to take on more responsibility over time. You’ll start handling policy servicing, client communication, certificates, renewals, and general office operations in EZLynx, working closely with the owner.

 

This isn’t a “stay in your lane forever” job. We’re looking for someone who wants to:

 

• Get their P&C license (we’ll support this)

• Take on increasing responsibility for managing the office

• Eventually run day-to-day operations with autonomy as the owner shifts toward part-time/retirement

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Process endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance

• Handle client calls and service requests

• Maintain EZLynx records and workflows

• Support billing and carrier communication

• Learn the ropes of agency management over time

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• ~3 years P&C insurance experience (CSR, account management, or similar)

• Solid grasp of insurance basics (coverage types, policy structure, terminology)

• Organized, dependable, good with people

• Interest in obtaining P&C license (if not already licensed)

• Comfortable in a small-office, wear-many-hats environment
