Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rehab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for acute rehab patients with stroke, TBI, and spinal conditions.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, and neuropsych teams for patient rehabilitation.
• Maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 10-bed unit.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences for patient care planning.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate patient documentation.
• Adhere to facility dress code with royal blue scrubs.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with willingness to wait for state licensure if needed.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient acute care settings.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Familiarity with post-acute care patient management and rehab protocols.
• No tele requirements; focus on hands-on patient care.
