Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Light Assisting

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental practice. This is primarily a front desk position with some light dental assisting responsibilities as needed.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
No Fridays or weekends

Pay:
$18–$24 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Assist with general front desk duties and patient communication
• Take dental X-rays as needed
• Set up and clean treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures
• Help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day

Qualifications

• Dental office experience preferred, Dentrix software experience a plus
• Dental assisting or X-ray experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with patients
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work well as part of a team and help wherever needed

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient interaction at the front desk and occasional hands-on clinical duties .

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: Approximately 32 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
