We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Concrete Construction) Ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact construction projects? Concrete Strategies (CSI) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and deliver exceptional results across our concrete construction projects nationwide. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of your projects—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial success. Lead project planning, buyout, and execution strategy Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting Manage project schedules, sequencing, and production goals Direct field teams, subcontractors, and resources Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost reports Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners and General Contractors Drive productivity, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track What Sets You Apart Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Financial acumen with a deep understanding of job cost controls Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and accountability Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience, skills, and location) Discretionary Bonus tied to company and individual performance Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) Generous PTO + paid holidays Life & disability insurance Employee assistance programs Learning & development opportunities Why Concrete Strategies?
