Dermatopathologist Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Dermatopathologist to join a well-established and growing dermatology practice in Ohio .

The practice provides comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery, and dermatopathology services. Providers work within a collaborative environment and are supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide dermatopathology interpretation and diagnostic services
• Review and interpret dermatologic pathology specimens and slides
• Maintain a high level of expertise in dermatology and dermatopathology
• Communicate relevant biopsy and laboratory findings in a timely manner
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other clinical providers regarding pathology findings and diagnoses
• Participate in staff meetings and professional activities as appropriate
• Assist with education and training of medical and support staff as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and chart review activities
• Support efficient clinical operations and a collaborative team environment
• Maintain appropriate professional and clinical standards

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatopathology
• Completion of an accredited Dermatopathology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology and/or Pathology, as applicable
• Eligible for an Ohio medical license
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and timely pathology reporting
