Accounting Specialist

Job Description We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices as well as work with customers to help resolve any outstanding balances. Responsibilities Calculate costs of goods and services Invoice Customers Track and maintain A/R & A/P in a timely manner Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards Reconcile and Pay monthly Sales Tax Filing with State of Florida Ensure Inventory is accurate in the Accounting System Qualifications Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields; Accounting degree preferred Experience in data entry Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Ability to prioritize and multitask Basic Technology skills a must Excellent customer service mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
