The Maintenance Associate at Best Western reports to the General Manager and supports the safe, reliable, and well-maintained operation of the hotel. This role performs preventive maintenance, completes repairs and inspections, coordinates vendors, and responds to facility needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Conduct facility inspections and address identified issues.
• Complete guest room repairs and general facility repairs.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool systems.
• Maintain hotel grounds and support property appearance.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Track work orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hotel maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience with building automation systems and work order management.
• Understanding of safety compliance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
