***Job Summary***
The Hand Finisher/Deburrer will be responsible for ensuring the final quality of our metal products by removing rough edges, burrs, and other imperfections. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of precision and craftsmanship our customers expect.
***Job Duties***
- Manually finish and deburr metal parts to remove imperfections.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use various hand tools (files, grinders, sanders, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Work with team members to achieve production goals.
- Report defects or issues to supervisors.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
***Physical Requirements***
• Walk and/or move about the workplace.
• Stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Bend at waist and/or knees.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 25lbs from one location to another. Assistance is available for lifting o
