Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager to come onboard!

This individual will serve as the strategic link between product management, sales, and revenue growth by owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies and product launches. The role will be responsible for developing market positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence programs, pricing insights, and sales enablement materials that help drive adoption and revenue. This person will work cross-functionally with product, demand generation, customer success, and leadership teams while operating in a highly collaborative environment that requires strong communication and stakeholder influence. Success will be measured through pipeline growth, improved win rates, adoption metrics, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

-Lead and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.

-Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and differentiated market narratives.

-Partner with Product Management to align product roadmaps with customer needs, market opportunities, and revenue goals.

-Build and deliver sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, demo content, and training sessions.

-Conduct competitive intelligence research, including win/loss analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing comparisons.

-Collaborate with Demand Generation and Customer Success teams on adoption campaigns, onboarding experiences, and retention initiatives.

-Influence pricing, packaging, and tiering decisions through market analysis and customer insights.

-Create AI-driven workflows and content-generation processes to improve efficiency, scale marketing output, and enhance decision making.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

-5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience with ownership of GTM strategies and measurable revenue impact.

-5+ years of experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks for SaaS, HR Tech, Marketplace, or similar B2B technology products.

-Experience leading product launches from strategy through execution with pipeline, adoption, or revenue accountability.

-Experience building sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, and training programs tied to sales outcomes.

-Hands-on experience with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to support market differentiation and sales strategy.

-Experience leveraging AI-driven workflows and LLM-based tools for content generation, workflow automation, research, or analytics.

-Strong proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance, pipeline impact, and customer insights. Nice to Haves:

-Experience in staffing, workforce management, marketplaces, or other high-volume operational environments preferred.
