Make a meaningful impact working with elementary-aged students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive educational environment. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated professional who wants to provide essential speech and language services to students in need. You'll collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to help students reach their fullest communication potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in an educational or pediatric setting is beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a school environment

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Work with a caseload of 30-40 elementary students, delivering direct and consultative services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school community

This contract position offers a consistent schedule with 32.5 hours per week, running from your start date through June 18, 2027. You’ll have the chance to build relationships over time, work with a manageable caseload, and see the impact you make each day.
