Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and report writing
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs using a variety of assessment tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student IEPs
• Deliver therapy services, both individually and in groups, to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
