Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC and/or SLP-CFY)
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload of students with various communication challenges
• Knowledge and application of healthcare protocols in school-based therapy
• Solid understanding of IEP procedures and educational documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, adapting interventions as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student learning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through ongoing assessment and data collection
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and district guidelines
